All items purchased from Bright Night Gifts are personalised and made to order. As such, they are non-refundable unless they are faulty. Personalised items include, but are not limited to, any products that are custom-made or have been altered according to your specifications.

Faulty Items

In the rare event that you receive a faulty item, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly. If you believe your item is faulty, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at hello@brightnightgifts.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, a description of the fault, and photos of the defective item.
  2. Assessment: Our team will assess the information provided and determine if the item is indeed faulty.
  3. Resolution: If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.

Conditions for Refunds and Replacements

To be eligible for a refund or replacement for a faulty item, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
